Together we look at topics such as identity, anger management, coping with stress and forgiveness. It is a supportive environment to help you make positive life changes and journey towards recovery from addiction.
We currently run Bridge To Freedom groups in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen and Inverness. For more information about individual groups visit the web address linked on the right hand side of this page.
